Shipping Information


Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email to reassure you that your order has been received.

We will also send you a notification that your order has been despatched so that you are ready to receive your package.
Standard Delivery
Our Standard Delivery service is available for all items purchased online. Standard Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days. All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Recorded post and will require a signature. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your parcel.

Delivery times are between 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. 
Saturday delivery is available on request for an extra charge.
Special Delivery (24 hours) is available on request for an extra charge.

Please note that during busy times, we may deliver upto 7 pm.

USA and Rest of the world are serviced by Fedex, except for magazines.

Magazine subscription deliveries will be sent from our Indian office in Kolkata. Magazine susbcriptions take 4 weeks to process so that your first issue will arrive in 5 weeks time. Thereafter, your issues will arrive in regular intervals as published in India. All magazines are sent by Travked Service and will require a signature.
However, we will not be held responsible for delays due to natural or manmade disasters, strikes and other manmade disruptions, acts of war, etc. Delays are also possible during Puja holidays.

 

Important ! Changes due to Covid 19
When you are out at the time the courier arrives
Orders will require a signature to acknowledge receipt upon delivery. The signature of the person accepting the package will be proof that safe delivery of the order has been received. If no person is available to accept delivery, our courier will either leave the parcel with a neighbour or a safe place in your home (if instructed). Otherwise, the courier will place a card through your front door to let you know that they have been and which course of action they have taken.
Delivery to a place of work
Your package can be delivered to aplace of work or another address if required. Just contact Customer Service and ask for it.

We will require your billing address in order to process payment. Please ensure that the person at the new delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of the package. Also, please ensure parking is possible for the vehicle in order to make the delivery.

We, however, do not deliver to PO Boxes. In case you purchase a product and later tell us to deliver to a PO Box address, we will cancel your order and refund your money.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. However, we process your order within 48 hours, so your order will be shipped to you if you do not cancel before that time.

To cancel your order, you can simply refuse to accept the package or return it within 30 days.

Please note that we shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product as a result of circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) delay or failure caused by natural disasters, strikes or other man made problems.
