Terms and Conditions for International Customers
These terms apply to products ordered via the internet and relate to International orders only, being orders where, as applicable, delivery is to be made outside the UK.

The Seller is Datta International Ltd. registered in England and Wales at Companies House.

Order Process

1.1 The products on display on our website is and invitation and not an offer to sell those products to you.
1.2 An offer is made when you place an order for your products. We will make a contract with you only if we accept your offer. (see 1.5 below).
1.3 Payment is taken from your card when we process your order and have checked out your card details. Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given to you if you have already paid for the product.

1.4 We will notify you by email of your order status. 

1.5 Order acceptance and and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the products you have ordered are despatched from our warehouse to be delivered to the address you have given us. It does not take place until that stage, even though we may have debited your card or we have sent acknowledging emails. Very occassionally an error may occur resulting in the products being described on our website not being the products actually available on sale. If this occurs, your order will not be accepted. We may ask you whether you wish to  purchase other products we may have available for sale. Otherwise, we will treat any order as cancelled.

1.6 The contract will be formed at the place of despatch of the products.

1.7 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with condition 1.5 of these terms and conditions.

1.8 Some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for checking with local customs authorities before placing the order for international delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility or delay or failure in the product reachinh you due to any customs, legal or regulatory restrictions. We may at our discretion, refuse to process an order for any product if we believe that delivery may be subject to any restriction in the destination country.

1.9 Please note that for some International deliveries, manufacturer warranty may not be valid, product manuals, instructions and safety warning may not be in the language of the destination country. Products and their accompanying materials may not be in accordance with specific standards, specifications and labelling requirements in the jurisdiction of delivery. We do not accept any laibility for any loss or liability caused due to these circumstances, including (without limitation) any delay or failure in delivery. 

2.0 You are responsible for ensuring that the product you have ordered can be lawfully imported into the destination country. When ordering, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the destination country. 

2.1   Our Company complies with English law on data protection, privacy and marketing which may differ from the law in the jurisdiction of delivery. We will store and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.2 Please printt out the terms and conditions of your order acknowledgement for your own records. We will not be held responsible for lost data.
3.1 Payment can be made by any method on the website. Giftcard payments are not accepted for International delivery.

3.2 The price remains the same regardless of country of delivery. For the EU, the price includes VAT at the rate of the country of delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, the price remains the same, but VAT is not charged and customers are not entitled to VAT refund.

3.3 Delivery charge will be added at checkout.

3.4 All prices are quoted and products are sold by us on a delivery duty unpaid basis. You may have to pay a customs duty and local taxes, fees, etc. before the product is delivered to you. It is your responsibility to check additional costs of International delivery to your product delivery destination.

4.1 Customer is liable to pay the cost of returning the unwanted item.

4.2 Where a product is faulty or damaged, the Company will refund the the delivery charge. We are, however, not responsible for any damage or loss to products which are returned to us. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning products. We reserve the right to refuse to grant a refund in respect of any products which are returned to us in a damaged condition. A proof of return and any documentation including details of any taxes paid must be obtained. You must Contact Us   first to arrange for a return or before returning the products.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under English law.
